Wais P feat. Action Bronson – Staten Island Ferry [Audio x Download]

As NYC’s favorite panderer Wais P inches closer to the December 27th release date of his forthcoming mixtape PV$$Y RICH, the Brooklyn veteran shares the wealth with Flushing’s Action Bronson on “Staten Island Ferry.” Produced by Sebb (Kool G Rap, Prodigy, Tony Yayo, Big Noyd), the crosstown duo chef up a pimped out banger that’s as lyrical as it is comical. “As soon as we get off the f*ckin’ boat, have someone there ready to make the ceviche for my man” – Action Bronson Previously: Wais P – Live My Bars [Audio x Download]

Wais P – Live My Bars [Audio x Download]

2012 has been nothing short of successful for the fast-rising independent hip-hop label Man Bites Dog Records, and now, as the year nears its close, the label is excited to introduce the newest member of its roster, Wais P. Early next year, Wais will release his official debut album, Pimpin Saved My Life, but first, Wais P is excited to announce his new mixtape, PV$$Y Rich. The tape will be released for free download this December, and in announcing the new tape, Wais is also unveiling the tape’s first single, “Live My Bars,” produced by Virginia producer Grussle. While others are inclined to talk about it, Wais takes pride in the truth that permeates his music, good, bad, and otherwise. That said, this first single, “Live My Bars,” premiered by HipHopDX, is something of a mission statement for Wais P, and the perfect introduction for the uninitiated listener. Outside of his burgeoning rap career, and his history working with Statik Selektah as a part of Statik’s SHADE45 Show Off Radio show, Wais has a lengthy, noted history as a pimp, and so when he raps in the first verse, “Slay songs for the masses/ Pimp ’till I’m 50, then retire a pastor,” it’s safe to assume he means it. “There’s an abundance of exaggeration in the rap game,” says Wais P, explaining the inspiration behind the song. “If you don’t live a certain lifestyle, don’t glamorize it. I’ve been signed, stamped, and approved – tested P.I.M.P. positive.”

Wais P feat. Roc Marciano – Put Jewels On It [Audio x Download]

After nearly six months since the release of Premo Pimpin’, everybody’s favorite panderer is back with “Jewels On It,” the debut leak off Wais P’s forthcoming free album Pussy Rich. Featuring Roc Marciano and production from Statik Selektah, “Put Jewels On It” provides introspection into the lifestyle of both emcees, emphasized by Statik’s scratch chorus that borrows from Prodigy’s quotable on “Keep It Thoro””Move on it, put jewels on it, who want…I don’t fuck around dunny.” Although an exact release date has yet to be confirmed, Pussy Rich is set to include guest features from Action Bronson, Sean Price, REKS, 8Ball & MJG, Mario Winans, Sauce Money among others and includes production from The Bizness, Sebb, Frequency, Domingo, Shuko, ATG and more.
