In this video we helped capture moments of Big Baby D.R.A.M.’s session with Neil Young & The Social Experiment (including Nico Segal fka Donnie Trumpet) on Bob Dylan’s old tour bus that sits in the backyard of Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La Studios. It’s really crazy what can happen with time. Back when D.R.A.M. released his first hit “Cha Cha”, we played the song for a bunch of people in Hollywood and that review is still our most popular video. Fast forward a year, “Cha Cha” takes off, D.R.A.M. releases a single titled “1 Year” and then, courtesy of executive producer Gabe Niles, we had the amazing opportunity to spend 3+ days at Rick Rubin’s legendary Shangri-La Studios in Malibu, CA. This video also includes Nick Murphy (fka Chet Faker), Telana + Atlantic Records A&R’s Ian Cripps & Josh Deane.
