Read moreEager to form a “SUPER GROUP,” VIRO THE VIRUS & Caliph-NOW reached out to their favorite MC, mentor, and friend SLIM DSM to form a group called “420” (in which the concept came to VIRO in a dream). The recording sessions for this project were incredibly memorable to say the least. VIRO and DSM challenged each other to bring their “A Game” to the project, and it payed off. Caliph-NOW, along with fellow producer Decypher, provided the soundtrack for this “classic” record. The original CD packaging included a single “rolling paper” within (an ode to the famous Cheech & Chong record) to be used while listening to the record (hence the “Smoke Breaks). “420 REMIXED” is the SECOND of FIVE Remix Projects from the original work of Viro the Virus. Caliph-NOW reached out to close friends, former producers of Viro, and some new producers to re-release the original “420” album with all new production. Look forward to each of Viro’s original albums to be Remixed and Released every year on April 20th. On behalf of Viro the Virus, we thank you for the continued support. We hope you enjoy this special record and all the future records to come. It is up to all of us to continue his legacy. VIRO THE VIRUS & SLIM DSM "420 REMIXED" by VIRO THE VIRUS & SLIM DSM
