Before the anxiously anticipated NYFW debut of his first line with the Three Stripes tomorrow (February 12th), ‘Ye called into Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning to shoot the breeze. And by “shoot the breeze,” I really meant that he divulges more details on his Yeezy Boost shoe/boot (“Just be patient, we’ll make more Yeezys. Eventually everyone who wants Yeezys will get them”), the fallout from his faux-crashing of the GRAMMYs stage and subsequent rant on E! afterwards (“The voices in my head told me to go up”), working with Taylor Swift in the future, and much more (“The GRAMMYs are a joke”). TeeFLii Talks Debut LP “Starr” And Smoking With Snoop Dogg [Video]

Los Angeles musician TeeFLii discusses working with some of the biggest names in the game for his debut album and also recounts his experience getting lit with Snoop. The 27-year-old Epic Records artist names some of the heavy hitters on his album, including Snoop Dogg, DJ Quik, E-40, Chris Brown and more. He also touches on what sets his sound apart from the competition, explaining that he uses real instruments on his tracks instead of synths. Peter Rosenberg: “Cipha Sounds Was Ready For Something New” [Video]

VladTV recently caught up with famed New York radio DJ Peter Rosenberg and got his take on fellow DJ Cipha Sounds departing Hot 97 after nearly two decades at the station. Rosenberg, while understandably sad to see him go, believes Cipha was ready for a new endeavor and he wishes him the best. “He had an incredible run, and I think he’s gonna do incredible things moving forward — that’s my guy for life,” Rosenberg adds. Moving on, Rosenberg is asked his thoughts on freestyles, and he says he loves when people rhyme whether it’s off the top or from written bars. While on the topic of music, the 35-year-old DJ weighs in on Kendrick Lamar’s new single “The Blacker the Berry,” calling it “amazing” and “fire.” Finally, Rosenberg gives his take on the new adidas Yeezy Boost. While he thinks it’s a cool shoe, he’s a Nike guy and always has been.
