50 Cent Speaks On Floyd Mayweather, Kanye, Vitamin Water Deal, Not Drinking Or Smoking [Video]

50 Cent sits down with Nick Huff Barili as part of SXSW’s interview series to discuss his meteoric rise to fame from humble beginnings in Queens, to his incredibly successful musical career and hip hop empire, as well as his current work with SMS Headphones and the upcoming release of his album “Street King Immortal”. This hour long interview will be posted in separate parts. In part 3 of the interview 50 Cent shares how he became involved with Vitamin Water and how he was able to leverage his payment in shares of the company. 50 also describes how his boxing promotions company started out of his friendship with Floyd Mayweather. 50 opens up about his friendship with Floyd and says that he only has 3-4 fights left in him. 50 also pulls no punches when talking about Kanye West saying “Kanye gets the trophies, I get the checks!”
