Stephen feat. Saba, Ravyn Lenae, The O’My’s & J.P. Floyd – Crossfire, Part III [Audio]

Stephen connects with Saba, Ravyn Lenae, The O’My’s and J.P. Floyd on “Crossfire, Part III”. “In the past I’ve almost always done everything from producing to writing to mixing, but this time I let some other incredible artists take the wheel,” he told The FADER, who premiered the collaboration. “I gained a lot of respect for the Chicago creative community, and a blossoming desire for more collaboration. It feels great to give back to an organization like Young Chicago Authors — a platform for young poets and hip-hop artists.” Listen below.

Mick Jenkins & The O’My’s feat. Jayin – Peace Of Mind [Stream]

Today the charged (and too often overlooked) rapper Mick Jenkins and the funk-tinged band the O’My’s—both out of Chicago—come together to drop off a new track called “Peace of Mind,” also featuring Jayin. It’s also kind of giving me “Love It Or Hate It” vibes? Listen below, it’s real nice.
