I’ve been recording the songs for about 10 months, but a lot of my songs got released when the Drake s*** happened. I decided to make more songs since they weren’t ready for his ears.” He also says he caught the eye of Hit-Boy after he released the track, “Whole Crew” which lead to their work on the first Free Crack series. “He was saying that he was going to send a couple records, but when he heard the “Whole Crew” joint, he just got hype,” he said. ” [Hit-Boy] sends 30 beats now and you know motherf****** can’t get a Hit-Boy beat.”
