UFO Fev & Fredro Starr – Strapped [Album Stream]

UFO Fev is back in action with his new album “Strapped”, produced entirely by Fredro Starr.

Thirty-one years ago, Fredro Starr made his acting debut as Bamboo in the film “Strapped”. Directed by Forest Whitaker, the movie vividly captured the essence of early ’90s New York, with scenes shot in various locations, including the Thomas Jefferson Houses. During filming, a young boy and his grandmother watched Fredro navigate their neighborhood, a moment immortalized in the film as the child stands in the park observing.

Fast forward to 2024, that young boy has grown up to become Jefferson’s own UFO Fev. Named by Black Rob and connected to Bronx legend Fat Joe, UFO Fev is now carving his own path in the music industry. He now reconnects with Fredro Starr, to create “Strapped”, a new project produced entirely by the Onyx legend. The album’s raw rhymes and sharp production mirror the gritty authenticity of the film, resulting in a cohesive and highly enjoyable work.
