About a week into the global pandemic lockdown in 2020, Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambino, unveiled the project “3.15.20“. Although it received critical acclaim, it left fans somewhat puzzled with its unconventional approach, including the absence of traditional song titles (replaced by timestamps) and limited information on production and guest artists.
Now, Glover has reissued the project under the title “Atavista”.
“This album is the finished version of 3.15.20, the album I put out 4 years ago,” he explained on social media. “There’s a special vinyl coming soon with visuals for each song. The all-new Childish Gambino album comes out in the summer.”
Additionally, Glover premiered a visual accompaniment for the track “Little Foot Big Foot,” featuring Yung Nudy. Explore Atavista via streaming below.
