Usher and H.E.R. have joined forces for a new due called “Risk It All”.

Crafted by H.E.R. and co-written alongside the renowned songwriter Jimmy Napes, is a powerful embodiment of the intense emotions and enduring strength portrayed in the narratives of the film: risk, love, and liberation. Usher’s signature smooth tones seamlessly merge with H.E.R.’s soulful depth, creating a anthem of resilience and courage for “The Color Purple”, the soundtrack album accompanying the upcoming, freshly reimagined release of “The Color Purple” motion picture. This star-studded musical journey includes beloved songs from director Blitz Bazawule’s bold new film, along with original compositions inspired by the film’s rich tapestry of stories. With a combination of songs from the movie, newly crafted pieces, and remixes, the soundtrack will be available on December 15th. “The Color Purple” film is set to premiere exclusively in North American theaters on December 25, 2023, and internationally from January 18, 2024.
