Shad – The Stone Throwers [Audio]
Shad returns with “The Stone Throwers”, the latest single from his next album, “A Short Story About A War“.
“The Stone Throwers are a metaphor for the powerless,” Shad explained to Exclaim. “And for the hypocrisy of the more powerful. ‘Vilified by all sides’ for the ugly violence they do with stones, even though the powerful cause much more harm and destruction with their bigger, more sophisticated weapons (of money and influence).”
