OG Maco Talks The XXL Freshman List, Upcoming Album “Children Of The Rage” [Video]
The 2015 BET Awards were held in Los Angeles on Sunday June 28th and some of today’s biggest and brightest entertainers and athletes were in the building to celebrate a year of excellence in black entertainment. HHS1987 was on the seen in Los Angeles at the 2015 BET Awards Red Carpet and while there, we caught up with Motown Records/OGG’s own OG Maco. Recently being mentioned as one of the top young talents to watch when he was named on the 2015 XXL Freshman list, OG Maco spoke with us on his grind and how hard work and support from brands like HipHopSince1987 have helped him on his road to success. Before concluding the interview, we also spoke with OG Maco about his upcoming album ‘Children Of The Rage’. OG Maco explained what he wants to accomplish with the release of this album. Speaking on all the enslaved minds of the youth today, OG Maco is hoping to open the hearts and minds of the youth and free them for their enslaved ways of thinking. I’m looking forward to hearing OG Maco’s new project!
