Crooked I Promises New Slaughterhouse Album In 2015 [Video]
During a recent chat with VladTV Crooked I touched on the status of the highly anticipated new Slaughterhouse album, proclaiming, “It’s a scheduling thing. Slaughterhouse will come out and we are going to record fresh music!” As a member of one of the recently-established most lyrically-hailed groups, the New West advocate insists that the label and the other MCs are interested in the continued success of Slaughterhouse. “[Paul Rosenberg] is 100% behind what we do. He’s just trying to make sure that things are the right way,” offers the lyrical savant. Citing conflicting schedules, solo projects, and timing as reason for the album’s delay, the Circle of Bosses founder offers insight into the creative dealings of the other MCs. “You know, Joe dropped ‘Some Love Lost,’ Joell did ‘House Slippers,’ Royce got ‘PRhyme,’ and I got a new mixtape called ‘Sex, Money, and Hip-Hop.'” Slaughterhouse is here to stay; check out the clip for more details.
