He gave praise to Smack, Beasley, and Norbes for the work that they’ve put in over the years to propel their brand and the sport as a whole to where it is now. Ted also recalled featuring the likes of Math Hoffa, Cortez and Murda Mook on the Cornerstone Mixtape #167. He named Charlie Clips and Goodz as some of his favorite battlers, and stated that he thinks that Battle Rap “absolutely” deserves its own award at the BET Hip Hop Awards.
