Ab-Soul: “My Sight Disability Helped Me Be A Better Musician” [Video]

Ab-Soul sat down with Jenny Boom Boom for an exclusive interview, and opened up about having sight problems as a result of contracting the skin disease Stevens-Johnson syndrome as a child. The Black Hippy rapper says that he has an extreme sensitivity to light as a result of the condition, but says that he no longer has Stevens-Johnson. During the interview Ab-Soul also speaks about how he believes his sight disability helped him become a better musician, because he can be more in tune with the sounds. He adds that there’s nothing holding him back from being a better rapper, including his disability. Check out more of what Ab-Soul has to say in the above clip.
