Teyana Taylor opened up to VladTV about closing out her tour with August Alsina when the “No Love” rapper collapsed on stage. The G.O.O.D. Music singer says that she thinks the tour lifestyle combined with the hot stage caught up to August while he was performing. The “Do Not Disturb” singer also reveals that she took a deeper look at her unhealthy lifestyle, and started drinking more water and taking care of herself after August’s illness. She also addressed a previous VladTV interview where Teyana said she ate whatever she wanted, and admits she still doesn’t eat regular meals.

The South Carolina-born rapper explains that he’s sold out larger arenas, but he wanted to connect with fans in a more intimate venue. The “Seen It All” rapper also shares a story about T.I. being the first person to tell him that he couldn’t be out in the streets and have a rap career.
