Over the years we’ve seen our fair share of random Jay Electronica drops. From singles with JAY Z to unreleased tracks and unmastered verses, the internet is full of Jay Elect material (most of it being available here). So when The New Royales’ “Minutes of Moog” surfaced, a lot of people complained that it was old. Yes, you may recall lyrics from his “Googly Eyes” performance, “Candyman” and more, but ever in this quality? I doubt it.
