It describes the life of Vic Spencer and his musical movement. His lifestyle and movement is very real, but you have to really tune into this record and his career to really see the movement. The artwork is even done by Vic as he continues to show no limits in his creativity.Vic Spencer also announces that the Red Button Series will now extend through October.
