Nitty Scott, MC Enlists The Help Of The Boombox Family To Create A Fan-Funded “Flower Child” Music Video [Video]

So, I recently released my debut EP, The Boombox Diaries Vol. 1, that featured a little gem called “Flower Child”. The song was very well-received and resonated with the hip-hop community in no time. Vibe Magazine said of the record, “If you can imagine a rapper kicking down the door of Heaven and freestyling over an angel’s harp, this is what it would sound like”. Today, we launched a Kickstarter fund to raise $5,000 to fund the “Flower Child” official music video and all of the creative visions we have for it. I’ve received many requests from fans worldwide to give this record a visual treatment, and I finally thought to myself, why not bring the song to life OURSELVES instead of waiting for the resources to be available?! We can make a statement. WE CAN DO IT! All funds raised during the campaign will go directly towards multiple days of shooting, film equipment, props, wardrobe, videographer and editing expenses. Anyone who participates in the Kickstarter fund will be rewarded for their contributions with dope incentives including:

– Autographed hard copies of The Cassette Chronicles and DOOBIES x POPSICLE STICKS mixtapes

– Autographed official Nitty Scott, MC t-shirts

– Autographed Nitty Scott, MC glossy photos

– Personal phone calls

– Personal live Ustream/Skype chats

If the goal amount of money is raised, my team, LPZ Media and myself will begin production of the music video and provide fans with behind-the-scenes footage and updates as we complete the project. ANY donations given will be of great use, even if it’s something small. If you can’t support the cause monetarily, spreading the word is always appreciated, and the next best thing! Share this Kickstarter fund on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, e-mail or anywhere else you see fit and encourage them to do the same! Thank you for all of your time and support. Power to the PEOPLE, viva la BOOMBOX!
