Beenie Man Explains Backlash From Anti-Gay Lyrics [Video]
Beenie Man explains what led to his poignant apology to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community after claiming in one of his songs “Well I’m think of a new Jamaica, me come to execute all of the gays.” Beenie shares that while he believes differently than those in the community his music is far more reaching to the world, which led to an awakening for himself.
