Curren$y Interview w/ Noisey [Video]

Noisey caught up with your friendly neighborhood New Orleans Spitta, Curren$y, at Bubby’s in NYC. The restaurant happens to be his favorite place to eat when he’s stoned. Curren$y not only lists off his favorite’s on the late night menu, but he also details the dream list of producers he got to work with on his new album, “The Stone Immaculate“. After the jump, Current$y breaks down working with his partner in rhyme, Wiz Khalifa. Despite their busy schedules, which include tours and a few award show appearances, the friends always find time to collaborate on each other’s projects. Curren$y tells Noisey how Wiz made two of the cuts on “The Stoned Immaculate”: “No Squares” and “Jet Life”. Curren$y and Pharrell have been friends for a while now, but Curren$y told Noisey that he didn’t want to bother his friend for a beat until the time was right. The two finally came together on “Cashin Paper”. Previously: Inside The Smoker’s Studio w/ Curren$y & Snoop Dogg [Video]
