During this discussion with DJ Vlad, Redman talks about his notable covers on The Source and Hightimes. It’s well documented that Redman is a fan of cannabis, through his raps and his role on How High alongside his good friend, Method Man. While talking about being friends with Cypress Hill for over 20 years and admits that he was fascinated by them and the weed they were photographed with on the cover of HighTimes magazine. “They had the ski masks on with the weed plant on.” He excitingly tells DJ Vlad, “And they were just in there looking all smoked—like hippies, but rapping—with that green ass bud.
