Philly rapper Sigel recounts a time when he showed up at a diner to help out his friend and Roc-A-Fella label mate Kanye West. He says a group of guys were getting a little too interested in ‘Ye and the chain he was wearing around his neck, so Sigel had to flex a little muscle and put them in their place.

The Philly rapper begins the interview by discussing a track he did with Bun B entitled “Purple Rain”, a song which explores the use of “lean,” a popular drink in hip-hop culture usually consisting of liquid codeine mixed with some type of soda. Beanie then touches on his experiences with the drink, explaining that he first tried it when he was just 8 years old. Shortly after this interview, Beanie was arrested after being pulled over.
