RZA attended Wu-Tang Clan Night at Oracle Park for the Yankees vs. Giants game, celebrating unity between the coasts.
In a symbolic gesture of respect, he swapped jerseys with San Francisco rapper Larry June. The Yankees brought the East Coast heat with a 7-3 win, while the crowd roared like heavy metal. RZA added his own flavor to the night, leading “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” with some Shaolin flair, sending the stadium into a frenzy.
He made stops at the Giants clubhouse to greet LaMonte Wade Jr. and Casey Schmitt, and swung by the Yankees dugout to chat with Aaron Judge and others.
While RZA cheered for both teams, his New York roots keep him loyal to the Yankees, though he also has family ties to the Giants—his wife’s uncle, Andrew Rabb, played for them in the early 80s.
