Scion AV Presents: The Baker Skateboards EP

It’s official, the Scion AV Presents: The Baker Skateboards EP is now available for streaming and download. This five-track compilation curated by the folks at Baker Skateboards presents a collection of songs that are both fierce and highly mental. Kicking things off is “End to End” from the intense San Diego rockers Earthless, which finds the usually instrumental and expansive outfit altering their sound with vocals and a much shorter run time. Next up is Southern rapper Pell, who weaves a dreamy vision of life’s possibilities on “Friday.” Zig Zags flip the other way, as the Southern California crew distils their vision into pure adrenalized focus with “Giving Up the Ghost.” From there Denmark Vessey leaves Chicago to orbit the outer atmosphere with twitchy, retro technical hip-hop on “Wave Function.” Closing things out is Los Angeles skater favorites the Goat and the Occasional Others, who deliver yet another raucous party slam with “Goatshow.”
