Obie Trice Details Impressing Eminem With “Second Round’s On Me” [Video]

In this VladTV exclusive, Obie Trice recently released his fourth album, “The Hangover“. which the Detroit emcee said is “hip hop music to the fullest.” He then spoke about the drinking theme in all of his album titles, including “Cheers”, “Second Round’s On Me”, and “Bottoms Up”. When asked by DJ Vlad if he was trying to admit to the world he’s an alcoholic, the Detroit emcee said that was never his intention, but he admits that he likes to partake in enjoying spirits. During the conversation, the “Cry Now” emcee spoke about how his sophomore album “Second Round’s On Me” was the first album he didn’t ask for Eminem’s help with, and he admitted that the Shady Records CEO was impressed with the project.

Tory Lanez Spits A Fire Freestyle + Responds To Drake Comparisons [Video]

From Canada to the United States and beyond, Tory Lanez has been making noise with his music — and he proved why on Sway in the Morning. Back when he was 16 he made headlines by putting up $10k, called Drake out, and said if he didn’t like his music, that he would give him 10 racks. Fortunately, his confidence and dedication paid off and he never had to cash out. Since being from Canada, this rapper/singer gets frequent Drake comparisons, but he’s quick to shut them down with a 4-minute freestyle off the top. You know it’s good when you get Sway to say… Prooving he’s not new to this, Tory also reveals that he wrote a couple verses on Meek’s new album, plus is on the intro of Meek’s Lord Knows.
