Read moreLil Durk’s debut album, Remember My Name, is finally out today. When the rapper first revealed the tracklist, it was noticeably light on features, calling upon DMV rapper Logic, Jeremih and Hypno Carlito. Obviously, Durk was not too worried about attaching big names to his album, and more focused on bringing a different side than what we saw/heard during his mixtape run. During a quick sit-down at the HNHH office, Lil Durk confirmed this and spoke on how he connected with Logic for “Tryna Tryna.” “I connected with Logic off twitter,” the Chicago rapper said. “We was politickin’, the fans wanted to see it. I got in his DMs, he got in mine. We got each others numbers. He sent him a song, I sent him one,” revealing the two have another collaboration. Durk also spoke on a recent studio session with Chief Keef and working with Keef’s affiliate, Young Chop, for a complete mixtape. “We got a song together, it’s gunna be songs after the album drop,” Durk said referring to his collabs with Chief Keef. Finally, we wrap things up with a few words on the variety in the Chicago rap scene and the anti-violence campaign Durk’s taking part in. The Coke Boy rapper reveals he’s got something with Chance The Rapper in the stash, but, “I don’t be quick to leak music.” After the jump, Lil Durk stops through The Breakfast Club on the day of his album release to discuss the new music, not wanting to

And when I heard the track myself, I wasn’t feeling it.”
