Nitty Scott, MC Says Kendrick Lamar Collaboration In The Works [Video]

VIBE hosted a mix of new and veteran hip-hop talent at the House of Vans on Saturday afternoon (Mar. 15). Fighting through rain clouds and windy conditions, Nitty Scott, MC trekked all the way down to Texas to be apart of the show. Right after she tore down the Mohawk stage, Nitty talked to VIBE about the importance of SXSW and revealed plans for a new collaboration she has in the works with TDE’s Kendrick Lamar. Previously, the two worked together on the “Flower Child,” which was released in 2013.

DJ Mustard Says He And YG Are Snoop & Dr. Dre “All Over Again” [Video]

VIBE caught up with DJ Mustard in Austin at this year’s SXSW festival, and he professed to making some legendary music with YG, comparing himself to some of the West’s greats. “If you really love LA music, and you love Dr. Dre, Snoop, ‘Pac, you’re gonna relate to this,” he said. “If you love anything from Dogg Pound, you’re gonna relate to this.
