Get To Know Colin Munroe [Video]

As part of our Get To Know Series, iLuvLola set down with the talented Colin Munroe at his recent show in Atlanta to discuss a few things like his current tour with new Sony artist K.Flay, working with Pusha T, his new mixtape “Unsung Hero” and a little bit of who he is. Colin Munroe emerged in scene in 2008 when he remixed Kanye West’s “All of the lights” single and received notable reviews from peers, media and Kanye West himself. To date he has been featured on songs and worked with the likes of Wale, Drake, Talib Kweli, Travie McCoy, Slum Village, Asher Roth and most recently Kendrick Lamar on his Section 80 album and Slaughterhouse on their Welcome to:Our House album released earlier this year. Colin recently embarked on a North American tour with K.Flay and will be stopping in Toronto for his first hometown show at Wrongbar on Saturday July 7th – a show he is very excited about.
