Read moreTo get fans ready for the new project, H-Town rapper Hollywood FLOSS is releasing warm up tracks to get fans excited about the upcoming release. “Don’t Matter” which is produced by Chris Rockaway, whose previous work includes tracks with artists such as UGK, Chamillionaire, Ron Artest and Tech N9ne, among others. “I’ve been a fan of Rockaway’s production from his early beat tapes and placements,” explains FLOSS on the pairing. “I love collaborating with artists like Chris who get my sound. It makes music that much more fun.” And with the track, FLOSS approached a topic that relates back to the Periphial album title, Having your eyes on whatever prize you’re going for “Don’t Matter” documents a song that all rappers should be familiar with, having tunnel vision until you reach your goals. FLOSS who alongside rapper Trademark Da Skydiver weave throughout the track, rapping, “Hustle 24 /7 round the clock I gotta get it/ When it comes to success it’s like a drug I’m addicted.”
