Scoop DeVille: “DJ Quik Should’ve Been Original Dr. Dre” [Video]

Scoop DeVille opened up to VladTV about his top five Hip-Hop producers of all time, and claims that DJ Quik should’ve been the “original Dr. Dre.” He explains that Quik’s talent is unlike anything he’s ever seen and likens him to a musical genius.
