NLE Choppa brings restless Memphis energy to Power 106, tearing into the Johnny “J”-produced beat from 2Pac’s “Letter 2 My Unborn” for Justin Credible’s Freestyle Series.

The instrumental carries an interesting personal echo for Choppa, who addressed fatherhood on his own “Letter to My Daughter” in 2021. He does not mirror 2Pac’s reflective approach here, though, using the familiar backdrop for quick cadence changes, blunt punchlines, and bursts of aggression inside the stripped-down studio setup.
