Sultan Dè – Lend Me Your Ears [EP]

Sultan Dè collects “Far From Home,” “Take Some Time,” “Fear,” and three new songs on his six-track EP Lend Me Your Ears.

“Far From Home,” “Take Some Time,” and “Fear” all return on the project, joined by “One More Time,” “Say Goodbye,” and closing track “Do You Think of Me?” Dè has described the EP as something shaped by years of self-discovery, with its title doubling as a simple request for listeners to hear where he is coming from rather than treating the songs as isolated moments.

That personal thread is particularly clear on “Take Some Time,” written by Dè and Charlie Hallock. The song works through the aftermath of a relationship that has lost control, with Dè weighing loneliness and lingering attachment against the realization that forcing things back together will not fix them. Hallock produced, mixed, and executive-produced the track, with Matthew Wolk handling mastering.

Dè has also been building a visual component around the project. “Fear” and “Take Some Time” have both received official videos, while a series of Lend Me Your Ears shorts accompanied the run toward the EP.
