Maliibu Miitch – Wif3y [Video]

Ahead of her debut album, Sailor Goon, Maliibu Miitch continues the rollout with “Wif3y,” a third advance single paired with an official video directed by Nimi Hendrix.

After years of stops and restarts around her debut, Maliibu Miitch is giving the campaign a firmer shape. “Wif3y,” the third single from her forthcoming debut album, Sailor Goon, follows January’s Rich The Kid collaboration “Do A Trick” and April’s P.C.-assisted “BBM,” putting the focus entirely back on the Bronx rapper.

The title comes with conditions. Miitch’s new single treats affection as something that has to be earned, leaving no room for someone who only wants the idea of her. It is a sharp solo statement from an artist whose album has remained on the horizon through several release cycles.

Nimi Hendrix directs the official video after also helming the visual for “BBM.” That continuation gives “Wif3y” a direct connection to the preceding single while the long-promised Sailor Goon era begins to take clearer form.
