Beenie Man & Snoop Dogg Assemble A Dancehall All-Star Cast On “For You”

Beenie Man, Snoop Dogg, and Kemar McGregor unite with Elephant Man, Stefflon Don, Kraff, Tifa, and more on the dancehall posse cut “For You.”

Few records can accommodate this many recognizable voices without collapsing into a roll call. “For You” brings Beenie Man and Snoop Dogg together with producer Kemar McGregor, then expands the lineup with Elephant Man, D’Yani, Tifa, Shaneil Muir, Vanessa Bling, Stefflon Don, Kraff, and Pamputtae.

McGregor builds the track around crisp dancehall percussion, a heavy downbeat, and relaxed keyboard chords, leaving Snoop’s West Coast drawl to play against Beenie Man’s sharper Kingston energy. Rather than forcing its guests into one uniform style, “For You” operates as an all-star relay, moving between veteran dancehall presence, melodic passages, and newer Jamaican voices across its compact runtime.

Released through Kemar McGregor and Billboard King Records, the collaboration connects several generations of dancehall while giving Snoop another route back into the Jamaican sounds he has explored throughout his career.
