French Montana, Max B & Rick Ross Perform “Ever Since U Left Me” & “Minks in Miami” Live At BET Awards ’26 [Video]

French Montana and Max B brought the Coke Wave reunion to the BET Awards ’26 stage with “Ever Since U Left Me,” then widened the moment when Rick Ross joined them for “Minks in Miami.”

The performance had two different temperatures working at once. “Ever Since U Left Me,” taken from French and Max’s Coke Wave 3.5: Narcos, leaned into the glossy bounce that pushed the record far beyond a simple reunion cut. Max B’s presence gave the set its real charge: after years of his influence traveling through other rappers, seeing him back in front of a national award-show crowd made the whole thing feel bigger than the record itself.

Rick Ross shifted the scene into full luxury-rap mode for “Minks in Miami.” Fur coats, stage smoke, and Rozay’s voice turned the second half into something more theatrical, but it still matched the chemistry around French and Max. The New York-to-Miami handoff made sense: French Montana as the connector, Max B as the reason the room felt historic, and Ross bringing the heavyweight polish.

For a BET Awards performance, the medley hit the right balance between comeback energy and current-run momentum. It nodded to the Coke Wave legacy without getting stuck in memory, then used “Minks in Miami” to stretch that energy into a bigger, flashier moment.
