Quavo – HAAVIN [Audio]

Quavo and Pharrell have their names back next to each other on “HAAVIN,” a new single that carries the bounce and polish you would expect from that pairing without turning into a glossy crossover play.

Pharrell’s production opens with his familiar four-count, then pushes Quavo into a loose, elastic pocket built around bright movement, clipped drums, and a beat switch that gives the track another charge halfway through. Quavo sounds comfortable in that space, leaning into the “havin’” hook with the kind of flex-heavy repetition that works best when the rhythm does part of the talking.

The track also arrives with a little more context than a standard Friday drop. “HAAVIN” was premiered during Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Spring-Summer 2027 show in Paris, where Pharrell used the runway soundtrack to introduce new music connected to Quavo, Lil Baby, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and Angélique Kidjo. In that setting, “HAAVIN” makes sense: clean enough for the fashion-house stage, but still rooted in Quavo’s Atlanta cadence and Pharrell’s ear for motion.
