Pink Siifu – GOT FOOD AT THE CRIB’!!!!!!!! VOL. 7 [Mixtape]
Pink Siifu’s kitchen-table universe gets another loose, crowded chapter with GOT FOOD AT THE CRIB’!!!!!!!! VOL. 7.
The latest volume runs as one continuous 25-minute piece, less like a conventional tracklist and more like a stitched-together transmission from inside Siifu’s own orbit. Family, grief, place, and memory sit close to the surface again, with the Bandcamp credits carrying dedications to Rusty, Dynamite Hill, the 205, the 513, and his real family. That personal charge has always been part of the GOT FOOD AT THE CRIB series: music that feels private without shutting the listener out.
This time, the room is full. Fly Anakin, Quelle Chris, Cavalier, and Kamilah are listed among the guests, while the production stretches across Laron, August Fanon, Harry Fraud, iiye, Quelle Chris, Alexander Spit, Roper Williams, Tae Beast, Mario Luciano, and Devin Burgess. Even on paper, that lineup points to the kind of warped, soulful, dust-covered range Siifu tends to turn into something completely his own.
What makes the series work is how informal it can feel without becoming casual. GOT FOOD AT THE CRIB’!!!!!!!! VOL. 7 carries the feeling of a living archive: rough edges left visible, voices passing through, ideas allowed to bend instead of locking into neat song shapes. Siifu keeps building these volumes like rooms you step into rather than albums you simply stream front to back.
