Wiki – Park [Audio]

Wiki returns with “Park,” a Zoomo-produced single from his upcoming album Ancient History, due June 12 via Wikset Enterprise.

The NY resident pulls the city back into focus on the first taste of his upcoming album, Ancient History. Produced by Zoomo, the track sits in that familiar Wiki zone where the writing feels casual on the surface but lived-in underneath, moving through New York with the kind of detail that only works when it comes from repetition, memory, and muscle.

There is a quiet looseness to “Park,” built around a hazy loop that gives Wiki room to let the thoughts spill out without forcing them into a grand statement. Instead, the track finds its pulse in small escapes: trees breaking up concrete, the need for space, the strange calm a city park can offer without ever fully removing you from the city itself.

Ancient History is set to arrive June 12 via Wikset Enterprise and marks Wiki’s first solo full-length since Oofie. The project will feature appearances from Your Old Droog, duendita, and Salimata, with production across the album from The Alchemist, Navy Blue, Nick Hakim, Dom Maker, MIKE as dj blackpower, and more.
