Rosco P Coldchain and Nicholas Craven return with the official video for “Frankenstein,” a lean, eerie cut from their collaborative album Play With Something Safe.

“Frankenstein” one of the shortest cuts on the album and also one of its sharpest. The track clocks in under two minutes, but Rosco does not waste the space. His delivery is blunt, bruised, and tightly controlled, cutting through Craven’s production with the presence of a rapper who does not need to overstate the weight behind his words.

The album has already given Rosco a strong full-length platform alongside Craven’s soul-dusted, loop-driven production, and “Frankenstein” sits right in that pocket. It is lean, eerie, and direct, with Mike Shabb adding co-production to the record’s cracked atmosphere. Rosco’s voice carries the rough edges of experience without turning the song into a speech; every bar feels pulled from somewhere specific.
