Hotboii and Lil Baby reconnect on “Alicia,” a melodic street-rap cut that plays to the strengths of both artists.

Hotboii keeps the record in his emotional pocket, balancing flexes with a wounded edge, while Lil Baby adds his usual clipped precision without pulling the song away from its hazy, guitar-laced mood.

The pairing has history. Lil Baby previously joined Hotboii on the remix to “Don’t Need Time,” and “Alicia” taps into a similar sense of pain, motion, and guarded confidence. This one feels less mournful, though, built more around momentum and chemistry than pure reflection. Hotboii sounds comfortable letting the melody carry the record, then tightening his delivery when the writing turns sharper.
