French Montana and Max B are turning the rollout for “Wave Gods 2: Cosmos Brothers” into a full-circle moment.

Their new video for “Smoking Pt. 2” brings Rick Ross into the mix, pairing Max’s wavy melodic presence with French’s Coke Boys polish and Ross’ heavyweight luxury-rap touch.

Built around smoky production and a hook that leans into Max B’s unmistakable cadence, the track reaches back toward the Coke Wave chemistry without sounding stuck in the past. French keeps things slick and controlled, Ross adds a deeper flash of Miami grandeur, and Max’s voice gives the record its loose, weathered soul. Coming right after French and Ross faced off in a Complex Verzuz battle, the collaboration feels less like a coincidence than a smart extension of that renewed spotlight.
