Lil Baby – Forever Slime [Video]
Lil Baby keeps the rollout for his new tape “The Leaks” moving with the official music video for “Forever Slime”, pulling one of the project’s most talked-about cuts into focus.
The track lives on his 2025 commercial mixtape “The Leaks“, released December 3 via Glass Window, Wolfpack, Quality Control Music and Motown, and sits as one of the tape’s leaner, more replay-ready joints at just about two minutes. Production comes from Wheezy and Frankie Bash, who wrap Baby’s flow in a tight guitar loop and airy drums, giving him space to drift between flexes and feelings. On the mic, Baby treats “Forever Slime” like a mission statement. He doubles down on loyalty (“I’m forever gon’ be on some slime… I’ma die with my kind, I can’t side switch”), runs through Cartier Crash watches, Hermès scarves and real-estate flips, and still circles back to the one that got away, admitting he can’t pretend he’s fully over her. It’s that blend of street paranoia, luxury talk and half-buried regret that makes the song stick – even critics who are lukewarm on “The Leaks” single it out for its hypnotic loop and hook.
The video landed December 10, about a week after the tape dropped as part of the “The Leaks” campaign. It helps cement the track as one of the project’s early fan favorites – a quick, focused snapshot of where Baby’s head is at in this in-between era between big studio albums.
