Westside Gunn – My Sauconys Glowin [EP]

Westside Gunn keeps the 2025 run going with a quickstrike EP, “My Sauconys Glowin” – a three-track, six-minute burst of Flygod energy.

The project slides right into this week’s heavy new-music slate and doubles as another chapter in Gunn’s post-“Heels Have Eyes” marathon.

Short and focused, the EP is built around a tight tracklist: opener “Macedonia” (a 48-second intro) sets the stage, before “Dont Be Bruel” locks Gunn in with Stove God Cooks for a full song, and closer “Body Bag Benny” brings Stove back alongside Benny The Butcher for a Griselda tag-team finish. Production is steered by in-house favorite Denny LaFlare, keeping the sound in that familiar lane: grimy loops, sharp drums and just enough space for the ad-libs, wrestling bars and high-fashion talk that orbit pretty much everything Gunn touches right now.

The title isn’t random, either. It ties straight back into Westside Gunn’s recent Saucony Triumph 4 collaboration – rolled out with reels and posts captioned “MY SAUCONYS GLOWING!!!!!!!”, dedicated to lost friends and creative allies like MachineGun Black, Virgil Abloh and others. The EP feels like the audio side of that moment: luxury sneakers, street-level memories and high-end art references all converging in a compact three-pack.

If you’re already locked into the Griselda universe, “My Sauconys Glowin” is an easy add – a fast spin that still hits with that dense, replay-ready feel. Hit play on the EP, run “Macedonia” straight into “Body Bag Benny”, and let the new “Sauconys” theme music do its job.
