Ice Spice & Tokischa – Thootie [Audio]
Ice Spice taps Dominican troublemaker Tokischa for “Thootie”, a brand new single that might be the most unapologetically horny thing in her catalog so far.
Out now via 10K Projects / Capitol Records, the track lands as a loose post-“Y2K!” release and continues the run of one-off singles she’s been dropping around her “rosadita” breadcrumbs.
Produced by longtime collaborator RIOTUSA (with additional production from Remy), “Thootie” is a fast, club-ready jolt – Jersey-club bounce, rattling drums, a rubbery low-end and that classic RIOT vocal chop stutter running through the hook.
Lyrically, Ice leans all the way into the title: “thootie” becomes pet name, alter ego and full lifestyle, as she raps about smoke, cups, a room full of baddies and a bank account that stays top of mind. It’s playful, filthy, and catchy in exactly the way her best singles always are.
Tokischa slides in like pure chaos energy, bringing her unfiltered Dominican dembow attitude to the same bounce pattern. The contrast is the whole point: Ice’s cool, clipped Bronx delivery versus Toki’s wild, slurred swing, both talking pleasure, power and turning the club into their playground. Together, they make “Thootie” feel less like a feature and more like a cross-border tag team – Bronx drill princess meets Santo Domingo heathen, all in under three minutes.
As Ice Spice continues stacking singles after “Y2K!” and Tokischa keeps crashing the global pop conversation from the fringes, “Thootie” feels like a perfectly chaotic meeting point – shameless club music designed to live on TikTok loops, party playlists and very loud speakers.
