Millyz – Itchy [Video]

Cambridge, MA’s own Millyz stays in attack mode with his new joint “Itchy”, the latest drop leading up to his upcoming album, “Blood In The Water 2”.

The title fits – this is restless, on-edge Millyz, rapping like he’s physically uncomfortable standing still for even a second. He digs back into the grind, flipping memories of splitting small packs and stretching every dollar into motivation to keep pushing now that more eyes are on him.

The video, directed by longtime collaborator Dom “Tanj” Bruno, keeps the focus firmly on Millyz and his delivery, letting the performance and the record’s tension do most of the talking. It’s another reminder of why he’s become one of the most consistent voices out of Massachusetts in the last few years – sharp writing, lived-in details, and hooks that stick without ever softening the edges.

“Itchy” sets the tone nicely for “Blood In The Water 2”, due out tomorrow, December 5 via Perfect Time Music Group, and makes the project feel like it’s coming sooner than fans might be ready for.
