Clipse feat. Stove God Cooks – F.I.C.O. [Video]
Clipse just gave “F.I.C.O.” the grim little movie it always deserved.
The new video for the “Let God Sort Em Out” standout sticks tight to the song’s mood: cold, meticulous and very unfriendly. Directed by Hannan Hussain, it plants Pusha, Malice and Stove God Cooks in and around an abandoned housing development, then follows them through pissy hallways and night rides through New York, all concrete, brick, and sodium lights.
The best moments are when the camera locks onto specific lines: Push in the backseat while a body gets loaded into the trunk, Malice delivering his “first 48 / Dateline” bar like he’s reading a case file, Stove God posted up, making his “hook of the year” claim feel pretty justified. Dropping this right after the album’s Grammy nominations feels deliberate too — one more reminder that Clipse’s comeback isn’t nostalgia, it’s current tense.
