The 14-track set was largely written with her musical director Blue May, with the pair executive-producing alongside Seb Chew and Kito. Cover art comes from Spanish artist Nieves González.
Written in December 2024 over a whirlwind 16 days, the record leans autobiographical—Allen frames it as processing a relationship in freefall—balancing bright pop textures with blunt, diaristic detail. Early reviews highlight its candor and melodic punch.
