Ghostface Killah – Supreme Clientele 2 [Album Stream]

After 25 years, Ghostface Killah returns with a sequel to his classic LP, “Supreme Clientele”.

Released as part of the exciting Mass Appeal lineup, which also includes new albums from Nas, Mobb Deep, Slick Rick, and fellow Wu-Tang Clan member Raekwon, “Supreme Clientele 2” is one of the year’s most anticipated releases. The 22-track album, which follows Ghostface and the Wu-Tang Clan’s final tour earlier this year, lives up to Ironman’s promise that it would be just as great as the original. Nas, Conway the Machine, Styles P, M.O.P., and Wu-Tang comrades Raekwon, GZA, and Method Man all make appearances, as does a surprise cameo from Dave Chappelle.

The album’s lead single, “Rap Kingpin”, bridges eras by flipping Eric B. & Rakim’s “My Melody” and paying homage to Ghostface’s own “Mighty Healthy”. Ghostface, known for his charismatic, signature “slick-talk”, explained the album’s creative process by saying, “Supreme Clientele was a frame of mind… you could never duplicate that feeling, but you can tap back in.” With this sequel, he delivers a powerful nod to the past while taking a bold step into the present.
