Cardi B and Pardison Fontaine’s first official collaboration was “Backin’ It Up” in 2018, though Pardi has long contributed to Cardi’s songwriting. Their latest release, while arriving almost seven years later, is actually a track they created shortly after their initial collaboration, but seemingly chose to shelve. Teased before the pandemic, and fueled by extended snippets, fan demand has finally led to its release today.
